Functional genetics · Your starting equipment
The same advice does not fit every body. Understand your inherited starting point, then turn those insights into nutrition and lifestyle choices that fit you.
Take the genetic test once. Revisit your blueprint through every stage of life.
Meet your 3X4 Blueprint
This is an at-home genetic test you typically only need to take once. Collect a cheek-swab sample, return it to the lab, and receive a visual Blueprint report that we interpret together.

Genes first. Your life in context.
You would not choose climbing equipment without knowing the person who will use it. Your genetic blueprint offers a similar starting point: information about inherited variations relevant to nutrition and lifestyle.
I use the 3X4 Blueprint test to help you explore that starting point. Then we connect it with your habits, health history, preferences, and goals. The value is not simply knowing your results. It is understanding what to do with them.
Your inherited variants generally stay the same. Your needs, routines, and priorities evolve. That is why a gene-first approach can remain a useful reference through different stages of life.

Why this is personal to me
As a mother of three daughters, I have seen how the same home and similar routines can lead to very different experiences. Understanding their individual biology helped me ask better questions rather than assume that what worked for one would work for all.
For one of my daughters, genetic insights prompted us to explore different food choices. We noticed improvements in her skin and energy after changing our household meals. That is our personal experience, not proof that a genetic finding caused a symptom or that the same change will work for someone else.

Your questions are welcome. The discovery call is a chance to understand the offer and decide whether it fits.
This test examines inherited genetic variants, which generally remain stable throughout life. You typically take it once and revisit the information as your circumstances change. Your lifestyle plan can evolve even though the tested variants stay the same.
No. This is a tool for nutrition and lifestyle guidance, not a diagnosis of a disease, allergy, or food intolerance. Results are interpreted alongside your history and other relevant information.
It does not determine whether hormone therapy, GLP-1 medication, or another prescription is appropriate for you. Those decisions belong with your prescribing clinician. Our work focuses on complementary nutrition and lifestyle support.
We can discuss whether testing is appropriate for a young person and confirm the provider requirements. Parent or guardian consent is required for minors.
